Daniel has honed his expertise in accessibility and inclusive design principles. With a background in architecture, Daniel’s journey began during his academic years, focusing on residential construction and renovation projects as a project architect. This foundation has evolved into a specialized role in accessibility consulting, where he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accessibility is embedded into the planning and execution of construction projects across the GCC region.
Daniel’s diverse portfolio reflects his commitment to creating inclusive spaces. He has contributed to high-profile projects such as design reviews for The Mukaab with AtkinsRealis and the Dammam Entertainment Complex with Aecom. His expertise has supported initiatives like developing the Accessibility Rating System of Abu Dhabi for the Department of Municipalities and Transport, improving police station layouts for Dubai Police, and executing tactile map designs for Euro Mechanical. Daniel has also provided accessibility recommendations for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, overseen execution planning for retrofitting public transport stations with the RTA, and developed accessible evacuation plans for Mohammed Bin Rashid University.
