As a landmark hospitality icon, the QIC 6-Star Grand Hotel anchors the northern gateway of the F1 Racetrack in Qiddiya. Design Confidence delivered the Fire & Life Safety strategy, ensuring world-class protection and compliance for the prestigious destination.

The QIC Grand Hotel is a 6-Star luxury hotelfeaturing outdoor spaces and a variety of F&Bofferings. Strategically located adjacent to the SixFlags Theme Park (to the east) and East VillageNorth Arrival Plaza (to the west), it is designed as aprestigious anchor asset at the northernmost pointof the F1 Racetrack, overlooking the street circuitfrom an elevated position.

Design Confidence was engaged to prepare theFire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy for the project. Therequirements were developed in accordance withSBC 201, SBC 801, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, andNFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code.
