The mall's expansive, light-filled atrium serves as both a visual icon and a functional hub, bringing a sense of openness and energy to the entire development.

Design Confidence played a vital role in elevating the project’s safety and functionality through its expert engineering and advisory services. The team conducted an in-depth review of the fire and life safety systems, including fire modelling, smoke control strategies, and evacuation planning—ensuring full compliance with local and international safety codes while enhancing emergency preparedness.

Beyond safety, Design Confidence provided thermal comfort modelling and HVAC analysis to optimise energy use and ensure consistent comfort across diverse zones within the mall. The team also supported the project’s sustainability goals by advising on energy-efficient systems and conducting predictive modelling to minimise environmental impact.

Crowd dynamics engineering was another key component, with Design Confidence delivering pedestrian flow and comfort analysis to support intuitive space planning and improve visitor experience during peak footfall periods.
