The One Hotel is part of the Central Boulevard districtwithin the Diriyah Gate Masterplan in Riyadh, KSA.Designed as a luxury hospitality destination, the hotel willfeature approximately 325 guest rooms across variouscategories. The development covers a plot area of 20,048m² with a maximum allowable GFA of 32,500 m².

The hotel is planned as a 4-storey structure, incorporating abasement level, lower and upper ground floors, and arooftop. Its efficient layout is designed to maximize bothguest experience and operational performance.
