The Pendry Hotel is located on the Central Boulevard withinthe Diriyah II Masterplan, enjoying a prime site facingHero’s Park with panoramic views extending across DiriyahI and towards the historic At-Turaif district. Its strategicposition places it in close proximity to key culturallandmarks, including the Arena and Opera House.

The hotel’s regular site shape allows for an efficient andfunctional layout, designed to maximize boulevard footfalland benefit from its location near a major northern roadconnector.

Design Confidence provided Fire & Life Safety expertise,ensuring that the project complies with internationalstandards and local codes. Requirements were alignedwith SBC 201, SBC 801, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, andNFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code,guaranteeing the highest levels of safety for guests andstaff.
