Design Confidence was the Fire & Life Safety (FLS) consultant for the Dubai Tram Depot & Station. They reviewed materials, developed the fire strategy, and revalidated compliance to ensure safety and resilience, meeting UAE Fire Code 2011 and NFPA 5000 standards.

Design Confidence was appointed by Six Construct as theFire & Life Safety (FLS) consultant for the Dubai TramDepot and Station. The scope involved:

Material submittal reviews for selected constructionmaterials.

Developing a Fire Strategy in line with NFPA 5000 andthe UAE Fire Code 2011.

Conducting a revalidation of material compliance,ensuring alignment with the approved FLS strategyand UAE Fire & Life Safety regulations.

Through these efforts, Design Confidence played a key rolein safeguarding the safety, compliance, and resilience ofDubai Tram’s critical infrastructure.
