Expo Village was developed as part of the widerExpo 2020 site in Dubai, comprising 11 parcels.Each parcel includes a ground floor, one or twopodium levels, an amenity level, and a typicalapartment tower. Parcel 1 incorporates a mosque,while Parcel 2 features a school, enhancing thecommunity’s functionality and inclusivity.

Design Confidence was engaged to prepare theFire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy for thedevelopment, ensuring compliance with local andinternational standards throughout the planningand design stages.
