Design Confidence Consultancy was appointed to preparethe Fire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy for the project, ensuringcompliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCD) requirementsand FIFA operational standards.

The FLS Strategy was developed in accordance with theQ22 SCFS standards, Qatar Civil Defence (QCD) Fire & LifeSafety Guidelines – 2015, and NFPA 101 – Life Safety Code(2015 Edition).
