The proposed Qiddiya Resort Core Kids Theme Park spans90,000 m², integrating 28 rides and attractions, dedicatedplay spaces, and two world’s-first attractions. The park alsofeatures 7,000 m² of F&B and retail GLA, creating a familydestination of global standards.
Design Confidence was commissioned to prepare the Fire& Life Safety (FLS) strategy, ensuring compliance withstringent safety standards while accommodating theunique risks associated with high-capacity rides,entertainment facilities, and large-scale public spaces.
The FLS requirements for this project were developed inalignment with SBC 201, SBC 801, NFPA 101 Life SafetyCode, and NFPA 5000 Building Construction & Safety Code.
