Part of Makkah’s Masar Master Development, this project provides residential and hotel spaces near Masjid Al-Haram. Design Confidence delivered the Fire & Life Safety strategy, ensuring the project offers safe, compliant spaces for both residents and pilgrims.

This residential and hotel development forms partof the Masar Master Development in Makkah,comprising three mid-scale towers. The project isdesigned to complement the aspirations of thewider masterplan, ensuring alignment with futureplanned developments while addressing theunique context of Masjid Al-Haram.

The development also responds to the needs of itsdiverse users, particularly pilgrims undertaking Hajjand Umrah.

Design Confidence was engaged to prepare theFire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy for the project, infull compliance with the Saudi Building Code.
