The Skyport Vertiport near Dubai International Airport combines a vertiport, a multi-storey car park, and metro access. Design Confidence developed the Fire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy, ensuring the hub's compliance with UAE codes to support Dubai’s advanced transport future.

The Skyport Vertiport development is a G+3 building withthe podium located above a G+2 multi-story car parkaccommodating 481 parking spaces. Situated adjacent toDubai International Airport, the facility is designed to meetparking demand for vertiport users as well as forsurrounding destinations, including the airport, EmiratesHQ, and nearby metro stations.

The multi-story car park and the vertiport will feature adirect connection to Emirates Metro Station 2, enhancingaccessibility and integration with the city’s transportnetwork.

Design Confidence Consultancy was appointed to developthe Fire & Life Safety (FLS) strategy for the project, ensuringalignment with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code requirements inforce at the time.
