Located in the east of Viva Bahriya district in The Pearl–Qatar, Floresta Gardens is a vibrant residential development defined by elegant Mediterranean-inspired architecture.

Spanning over 145,967 sqm, the community is designed to house over 5,000 residents, featuring ten mid-rise residential towers, 115 villas across three gated compounds, and a 3,500 sqm shopping centre.

Design Confidence, in collaboration with Parsons Doha, developed the Fire and life Safety for the project, ensuring safe, compliant, and inclusive environments throughout the residential, retail, and community spaces.
